1) ALL ITEMS ARE ON A PREORDER BASIS. All items are preordered from South Korea and are under NORMAL ETA (3-6 weeks). You should expect that there might be unforeseen circumstances and delays of shipment due to our current situation. Please be patient.
2) NO CANCELLATION OF ORDERS. Once you submit your order form, there is no more backing out even though the confirmation email is not yet sent. A CANCELLATION FEE of 30% will be applied PER ITEM that you ordered. For items worth 2,000 PESOS and above, CANCELLATION FEE WILL BE 60% OF THE TOTAL PRICE OF THE ITEM.
3) PLEASE DO PAY ON TIME. Deadline of payments are stated already in the post. 100 PESOS LATE FEE PER DAY WILL APPLY. I can give extensions to those who have valid reasons with proof but I can only offer you to pay within 24 hours from the said deadline. Please remember to pay when payment is due because it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY as a buyer. In addition, PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK THE PAYMENT DETAILS TO AVOID MAKING MISTAKES. WE WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR PAYMENTS SENT TO THE WRONG PERSON DUE TO YOUR MISTAKE OR THE TELLER'S MISTAKE. Failure to pay on time will result in CANCELLATION of your orders and you will be posted as a BOGUS buyer.
4) NO TO RUDE AND IMPATIENT CUSTOMERS. Orders are directly from South Korea and delays of shipment may be expected due to the ongoing pandemic and other circumstances, if you cannot be patient enough to wait then please do not place an order. We are not forcing you to do so. Our shop reserves the right to refuse orders from rude and impatient customers. Please remember to always be kind and be mindful of your actions.
5) BOGUS BUYERS/JOY RESERVERS WILL BE POSTED. Let us not waste each other's time.
6) NO REFUNDS/RETURN AND EXCHANGE. All items are double-checked and ensured that it is packed well to avoid any damages. It is the buyer's responsibility to take care of their purchased items. Also remember that you should only PAY THE EXACT AMOUNT, otherwise, the extra money you paid will not be returned to avoid inconveniences. Returns and exchange are available to those who received the wrong items only, please provide an unedited unboxing video for proof. We will also be shouldering the shipping fee for that. In the event that you cancel your orders but have already paid for them, your payment is NON-REFUNDABLE and you will be posted as a Bogus buyer. Refunds are only available if the item is Out of Stock or is severely damaged due to the mishandling of the courier service.
7) LOST/DAMAGED PARCELS. We will not be held liable for the loss or damage of the items due to mishandling of the courier. Rest assured you that we pack your items securely to make sure it arrives with no damages. An insurance fee will also be collected. Insurance fee is a service that protects customers against lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If an insured package does not reach its destination, or if it is damaged when it's delivered, then the customer is reimbursed the declared value of the items in the package. If ever the items are severely damaged during delivery, please send us a DM right away and avoid posting/badmouthing the shop and the admins but constructive criticism is okay to post and please do send an UNEDITED UNBOXING VIDEO with pictures as well so we can raise your complaints to the courier service and provide either a refund or replacement for your damaged items.
8) FOR MEET UPS. Let us respect each other's time. Please do not embody the "Filipino Time" as it only wastes more time. Please do arrive on the exact time and place that I have stated in the TEXT REMINDER that I will send the night before the said meet up. Should you want to reschedule a meet up, please tell me the night before the actual meet up that we have discussed.
Failure to arrive on time will result to a penalty of 10 pesos per 5 minutes and I will only give a grace period of 15 minutes for you to arrive. Failure to arrive within 15 minutes from the set time will result into cancellation of your orders and you will be posted as a bogus buyer. If you still want to claim your items, you can reschedule a meet up but a fee of 100 PESOS will be added as compensation and City High will be your only option for meet up place. There will also be an added fee for special meet up places that are not stated in my given places, as fare prices are increasing due to the pandemic.
9) PLEASE BE A RESPONSIBLE BUYER. As I am only a small business with low profit, I do not have the means to compensate for cancelled items.
